Directions:

Add 5-10 drops of Organic Study Time to a personal inhaler for your child to inhale before starting homework or a task where focus is needed.

Dilute in your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil at a 2-4% ratio and apply to the chest, back of neck, and/or wrists to help encourage your child to concentrate.
