Positive affirmations are engraved in some of the blocks. These positive phrases are used to challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts and they will motivate yourself, encourage positive changes in your life and boost your self-esteem. Stack the blocks in a tower and ask a player to remove a block in standard Jenga fashion. Let the fun begin!
